Please consider a ministry, where people can engage in the battle for people's souls in the fierce waters of the idea exchange known as the internet.

I was on quora and there's some guy claiming to be a scientist posting on anything that says "Jesus",  "God",  "the Bible" and he keeps posting the same post disclaiming Jesus. I don't know how it affects a casual observer; some people are on that website and they may get a suggestion link on the side click it see something and then click back.

If possible, team up with Blue Letter Bible, gotquestions.org, CARM.org or  Ravi Zacharias , or anyone else and if not just a a place where people can report links or posts so someone else can go and offer a intelligent response or maybe a small one "if you're seeking truth don't believe man believe God" and then a link.

Yahoo questions, stack Exchange and maybe some others I don't know

Federal prisoners have email access.

I know it would be privilege and a blessed use of time for the sincere ones who would like to make the most of their time to help formulate scripture based response, 
if we do not have the Manpower or time power.
